Privacy
A short notice, because there is not much to say: this site collects what it needs to do the work, and nothing else.
What is collected
Your name, the way you asked to be contacted, and what you wrote in the form. If you attach a photograph of a garment, that too. If you pay by card, Stripe handles the payment and this site is never sent your card number.
What it is used for
Answering your request and doing the work. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone outside the business.
How long it is kept
Requests are kept while the work is open and for two years afterwards, so a garment can be traced back if you return. Photographs you send are deleted once the work is finished, unless you ask for them to be kept with your file.
Your choices
Ask for a copy of what is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted, and it will be done within thirty days. Write to hola@daysicollection.com.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, to remember whether you are reading in Spanish or English. There is no advertising and no tracking of any kind.
